Cancellation
Cancel whenever you want — no lock-in
Starting with Okwerin should be easy. Leaving should be just as easy. You cancel yourself in the product, immediately, and get an email confirmation.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Billing and choose Cancel subscription. The cancellation is registered immediately and you receive an email confirmation. You can resume later if you want to.
What happens to your agreements
Your agreements, attachments, signed documents and evidence records stay available. You can keep signing in and downloading them. We do not hold your agreements hostage.
Commitment and notice period
Free, the 10-pack and Pro have no commitment and no notice period. A running monthly subscription continues to the end of the period and then does not renew.
Credits you have already bought
Agreement credits you have bought apply on the terms at the time of purchase. Credits in the 10-pack are valid for three months from purchase, and those expiring first are used first.
