The problem

Most agreements cost money after signing, not before. Auto-renewals roll on, notice deadlines pass and price increases are discovered on the invoice.

How it works

After signature Okwerin proposes start and end dates, renewal type, notice period, value and owner — with the source clause. You confirm, correct or mark as unknown.

  • Renewals and notice deadlines
  • Obligations with owner and due date
  • Contract value and price changes
  • Contract calendar and watch windows

Limits

No agreement is marked renewed just because a date passed, and Okwerin never chooses between renew, renegotiate and terminate for you.

Frequently asked questions

Can Okwerin track renewal deadlines?
Yes. Notice period and last date to terminate are shown per agreement, with reminders in good time.
Does Okwerin renew agreements automatically?
No. It monitors and reminds; the decision is always made by a person.
