A clear agreement package
The sender gives every attachment a clear display name, role and requirement. At Send, the list of recipient documents is frozen.
- Part of the agreement or reference only
- Open or active acknowledgement requirement
- Visibility by recipient or role
- SHA-256 hash and version per document
Honest recipient status
Okwerin distinguishes Not opened, Opened, Viewed and Acknowledged. An open is never called a read, and background-tab time is not counted.
The signature covers the package
Before signing, filenames and the package summary are shown. The package hash and document versions travel with the signature and Legal Passport.
