SECURITY

Security you can explain.

We describe how protection works at a level you can review, without publishing detail that would make the service easier to attack.

Encryption

Implemented

Data is protected both in transit and at rest.

  • Encrypted transport between browser, service and database
  • Encrypted storage for the database and uploaded files
  • Encrypted provider communication where supported
  • No sensitive secrets in code running in the browser

Access control

Implemented

Access depends on role and organization, not on who happens to know a link.

  • Role-based access: owner, admin, member and viewer
  • Tenant isolation in the database
  • Least-privilege as the default
  • Platform roles for support and superadmin handled separately
  • Internal audit logging of sensitive events

Authentication

Implemented

Sign-in uses secure flows and time-limited sessions.

  • Email or Google sign-in
  • MFA-ready architecture
  • Sessions expire and refresh under control
  • Secure account recovery flows

Application security

Implemented

Controls live on the server and in the database, never in the interface alone.

  • Server-side authorization on every call
  • Database row-level security
  • Signed access tokens
  • Signing links that can expire and be revoked
  • Replay protection
  • Rate limiting on sensitive calls
  • Monitoring of errors and anomalies

Secure development

In progress

Changes are reviewed before they reach production.

  • Code review before release
  • Automated dependency scanning
  • Remediation routine for reported vulnerabilities
  • Restricted and logged production access

What we do not publish

We do not publish internal network topology, firewall rules, keys or detailed attack-surface information. Enterprise customers can receive an architecture overview under confidentiality.
