What does electronic signing cost?
Electronic signing is usually priced per user per month, sometimes with a cap on documents per year. Okwerin prices per completed agreement instead: no monthly fee and SEK 19 when an agreement is completed, SEK 149 for ten agreements valid for three months, or SEK 199 a month for unlimited standard signing under fair use.

Three common pricing models
The difference shows most clearly when agreement volume varies across the year.
- Per user per month: you pay for seats regardless of how many agreements you send.
- Per document or envelope: an annual cap, with extra cost above it.
- Per completed agreement: you pay only when an agreement is actually signed.
Do the maths on your own volume
If you send a few agreements a month, a fixed per-user fee is often more expensive than a unit price. If you send agreements weekly, a flat price is cheaper. Use your actual volume for the past twelve months, not an estimate.
Costs that are not in the list price
Commitment, cancellation terms and extra fees for strong identification all affect the total. Always check how you cancel before you sign up.

- Does it cost anything to create and send an agreement?
- No. The cost arises when the agreement is sent for signing and a credit is used. Drafting is free.
- Is there a commitment?
- No, not on Free, the 10-pack or Pro. You cancel yourself in the product.
