These terms apply when you use Okwerin to create, send, track and sign agreements. Creating an account means you accept them.
What the service does
Okwerin is a tool for creating agreements, sending them to counterparties, tracking what happens and collecting evidence of that process. We are a party to your agreement with us — never to the agreement between you and your counterparty.
What the service does not do
We do not provide legal advice, do not review the content of your agreements and do not guarantee that an agreement is valid, enforceable or fit for your purpose.
- We do not assess whether an agreement holds up in court.
- We do not verify that a counterparty is authorised to sign.
- Templates are starting points, not finished legal documents.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, keeping credentials private and making sure everyone with access in your organisation should have it. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful content, for impersonation or for bulk messaging recipients do not expect. We may suspend accounts that breach this.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the product and stated excluding VAT for business customers in Sweden. Pay per completed agreement is charged when the agreement completes. Packs are charged up front and unused agreements do not roll over.
Your agreements and your data
The content you upload is yours. We process it to deliver the service. You can export your agreements and evidence packs, and you can ask for your account to be deleted.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the pre-launch phase. Our liability is limited to what mandatory law requires, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
Governing law
Swedish law governs the agreement between you and Okwerin. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer protection says otherwise.
